XiTrust partner LANDWEHR is part of the zvoove Group after merging
When the merger between LANDWEHR Computer and Software GmbH and prosoft EDV-Lösungen GmbH & Co. KG was announced last summer, news ran through the personnel service industry. Both leading providers of industry solutions paired up to reach a whole new level.
Under the umbrella of zvoove, BackOffice and rhb Software GmbH stand shoulder to shoulder with LANDWEHR and prosoft. In his first statement, zvoove CSO Marc Linkert explained: “We bring the best developers, the best sales force and the best service staff together and take off to an unprecedented level!”
The combined expertise not only consolidated zvoove’s position at the top of the market for temporary work software in Germany, but also ensured their position as a highly innovative ERP provider for HCM (Human Capital Management). The technology investor LEA Partners bolsters the recently created zvoove Group and supports growth potential. The zvoove Group provides jobs for over 300 people. zvoove serves more than 3.700 customers and about 55.000 software users. The three managing directors Denny Hölscher, Marc Linkert and Christian Mieth lead the group.
Digital signature as standard tool
For the past two years, the focus of the XiTrust partnership with Landwehr has been working with customers from the personnel services industry. Since the amendment of the Austrian Temporary Work Agency Act (AÜG) of 2017, written form is compulsory: According to the AÜG, any contract for the provision of labour must explicitly be concluded before starting the working activity.
This provides an environment in which electronic signatures have become the standard instrument. “We see the partnership with LANDWEHR, which shortly became a partnership with the zvoove Group, as huge opportunity for us,” explains Andreas Koller, CEO XiTrust Germany. “The personnel service industry faces major challenges and demands creative software solutions.”
The objectives Marc Linkert and his fellow companions have set themselves are ambitious: “We want to digitalize and automate processes – and this way ultimately simplify them. But that is not the only advantage. On the long-term, we want to create a joint, cloud-based platform for all stakeholders – a digital home base,” confessed Marc Linkert to the industry service “arbeitsblog”.
